Shop Hours:

We operate/print Monday - Friday 8am-3pm MST. Saturday, Sunday and all Federal Holidays we are closed. When we have a large order, hours will be a bit longer in order to get the shirts completed in time.

Turn Around Time:

Please read your product listing, any extended shipping times will be noted there. Ready to ship in stock prints ship within 2 business days of completed order date (not including weekends and holidays). Customs, special orders, prints with extended turn around time ship in 7-10 business days, depending on number of shirts and the design. This will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Shipping:

We ship USPS. A tracking number is provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages once scanned in by the USPS. Please note: this includes packages not received on time due to a USPS issue.

Returns/Exchanges:

We do not do cash returns. We will give a store credit.

Manufacturer Defects: We back our product, if you have a defect with your product please email us at Shannon@unifiedapparelcompany.com. Please note: Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturer defect. 

Wash/Care Instructions:

To extend the life of your apparel, we HIGHLY recommend washing inside out, in cold water, with no fabric softener. All shirt orders will have washing instructions with them. If you do no follow those instructions, then you will be shortening the life of the shirt.
